What does free in beta mean?
Every plan costs nothing until we launch. Before anyone is charged you get at least 60 days notice, and your data stays where it is.
How do the plans differ?
Only by users and audit logs. Free allows up to 5 users. Pro allows unlimited users, and Scale adds audit logs. Enterprise includes everything in Scale, plus custom terms and onboarding help. Every other feature is on every plan.
How are users counted?
Pricing is per user, and every user is the same kind. There is no separate rate for people who build and people who only use apps.
Can I change plans?
Yes, at any time. Apps and data carry over.
Hosting and security
What do I need to self-host?
A place to run a container inside your infrastructure and a MySQL database. We provide the setup files and walk your engineers through the first install.
Where does my data live?
Partials connects to your systems where they are and does not copy them. Credentials are encrypted at rest and never reach a browser. On Cloud, the workspace runs in our infrastructure. Self-hosted, all of it stays with you.
Does the AI builder send my data to a model provider?
Only what you ask it to look at, and only to the provider you connect with your own key. Nothing is connected by default.
Building
Is Partials open source?
No. Partials is commercial software. What you build with it is written out as real code that belongs to you and keeps running without Partials.
Can people who cannot code use it?
Yes. The visual builder and the AI builder are designed for operations, support, marketing, and finance teams. Engineers review the result as normal code.
Can I build public websites, not just internal tools?
Yes. Landing pages, marketing sites, and customer portals publish to your own domain on every plan.
